Working in different positions at BalAEF/AmCredit I could experience how LMS, as a time-saving system, was easy to use and adjustable based on the changes in the company’s needs. As a Loan Officer, it was easy for me to fill in customers’ loan application data, to get all necessary calculations and keep track of the loan application approval cycle. It was really simple to process the loan and get fast approval for every customer. For Wholesale Sales Person LMS was helpful tool in building close relationship with real estate brokers – to have clear overview about the relationship status and Continue Reading

The HR module was built by the system’s developers based on the de facto daily needs of personnel-related information management in a very fast-growing pan-Baltic organization in which the need for varied HR related reports and analysis was constantly there. Built on true needs and in close cooperation with people fulfilling HR Manager roles, the module ended up being a simple, yet efficient one. It was a “no-frills” product that still managed to nicely meet the needs of keeping a solid detailed register of all staff and offering the possibility to provide different analysis with as little effort as possible. Continue Reading

LMS is easy to work with and very helpful system. For example, when preparing   for  the  meeting with a client it was giving all previous conversations with the client in one click. It was left  simply to  print them out and  go to the meeting! I liked LMS warnings and alerts.  It was throwing “red flags” every time if  a loan  condition was  not adhered. Sometimes I could consult with LMS like with colleague! LMS was saving my time  a lot.  If  loan information was missing or incorrect,   I had  just  to indicate places  for  improvements and in one Continue Reading

I was LMS user for more than 8 years. LMS is easy to use and provides all the features needed for Loan management. It stores client and loan information, is able to calculate loan schedules, import bank statements and apply loan payments, create notices to customers. I really liked the variety of reports LMS was able to provide for different purposes: for financial and regulatory reporting, for analysis of the portfolio, or to support accounting. LMS is user friendly system and is capable to process multiple data. 0

When compared with other information systems that I worked with, LMS is very user friendly. I was working mostly with loan application module, which was easy to understand, convenient to use and looking good. I also remember that it was possible to generate a lot of reports with LMS and slice information in different ways. In my current work place I sometimes miss LMS 0

With LMS I started my carrier as a Loan Officer. Everything was new and unknown for me, but it was very easy to learn how to work with LMS. For me it took a few days of working  under supervision to feel myself  comfortable with the system. 0

With LMS I worked almost 6 years and I can truly say, that this program is the friendliest and easiest program I ever worked with. In AmCredit my positions were: Office Administrator, Loan Processor, Accountant Assistant and Accountant; so in every stage of my positions I had better and deeper knowledge and understanding of LMS. It was really easy to find and generate different reports, find useful information, write notes, etc. It was real pleasure to work with LMS:) 0

With LMS I worked from the very beginning, about 12 years. I would call it user-friendly system. Even people with little information systems experience quickly understand how to work with it. I’d like to mention “notes” option of LMS – I personally enjoyed it very much. Due to notes I could easily track the history and content of all contacts with the client, including automatically generated notices, SMS messages, phone calls, and personal contacts. Currently I am working with several banks and credit institutions. I have noticed, that differently from LMS, their systems do not provide loan schedule report with Continue Reading

Generally saying, LMS system is very user friendly, cute for user’s eye  and systematizing the whole mortgage process. When going into details, I would mention that I personally was an active user of LMS reports. Portfolio Report allowed to slice information according to investors, disbursement dates, loan types, property insurers and many more. It was very helpful while preparing and completing loan sales to investors.Late Payment Report helped to keep track of loan repayments, providing amounts due, number of days late, giving detailed break-down of late amount into penalties, interest, and principal, accompanied with info about previous contacts with the Continue Reading
